FOR Individual WELLBEING

There is a distinct relationship between work and well-being and navigating this relationship can be made easier when you understand it. The Wellness-Purpose Connection™, will guide you through exploring the relationship.

The Story Behind the Book:

An Excerpt

The mind-body connection: we’re aware of it. Scientists have been researching the mind-body connection for decades now and the evidence is clear: your physical body responds to your consciousness. Countless books provide examples of how people have used their minds to heal their bodies. This is not a “woo-woo, new-agey” thing. It is backed by science, and it is real.

But there’s another connection that is real and we don’t hear about this one as much—at least not explicitly. We hear about pieces of this connection. We hear about the pieces in a seemingly disconnected way, but the pieces are very connected. Two of the main pieces of this other connection are wellness and purpose.

Your mind-body connection is an important one to understand. Equally important to understand is your Wellness-Purpose Connection™. The two are linked.

You should indeed be aware of the thoughts you allow so that the body can respond positively. Likewise, well-being in your mind and body, provides you the freedom to live more fully and maximize the impact of your time here on earth as you serve your purposes.

If discovering and/or living your purpose is important to you, and you now know that you deal with distractions related to your well-being, you have the power of choice to do something about it.

So now that you know, what will you do?

The Wellness-Purpose Connection™ is a roadmap for the frustrated professional to grow toward their fullest potential.
